Typical July Weather Today

We will see a repeat of Monday. There were a few storms yesterday afternoon; that will be the case for this afternoon. We will have a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the lower 90’s. For Wednesday, another day with a mix of sun and clouds with isolated storms in the afternoon. The afternoon highs will be near 93. From Thursday through the weekend, there will be scattered storms in the afternoon with morning lows in the mid 70’s, and highs in the lower 90’s. I’ve had several people ask why we are not talking about the tropics; well, that’s because there’s nothing going on in the tropics. I don’t see tropical development for the next seven days.
