The high will create gusty northeast winds today. There is a possibility of shallow coastal flooding during times of high tide. For tonight, we’ll have patchy clouds with cool temperatures. The lows for tonight will be near 50. Tuesday through Friday there will be a mix of sun and clouds. A warming trend will start tomorrow with highs in the lower 70’s. Tropics:

Tropical Storm Noel (Knoll) developed this weekend just south of Haiti. The storm brought flooding rain to Haiti over the past two days. The tropical storm has lost some strength this morning. The storm will move into Atlantic and move over the Bahamas on Tuesday into Wednesday. A cold front will move off the southeast coast by the end of the week. The front will push the tropical storm northeast by Thursday.
