Drying Up on Wednesday

Low pressure causing the rain Christmas Night will push northeast away from the Coastal Empire and Low Country. Clouds will linger into Wednesday, giving way to sunshine from southwest to northeast. Highs Wednesday will average near 60. Wednesday night will be fair with lows around or just under 40. Thursday will offer a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid 60s.

A warming trend will continue on Friday and a series of disturbances will mostly pass by to our northwest over the weekend. Some clouds will move through the area, with only slight chances of showers. Most of the time it will be either a mix of clouds and sun or mostly cloudy with highs in the low 70s Friday and Saturday.
